Returns & Refunds

Due to the customised and personalized nature of our products at Aimly Archery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun. Each item is crafted specifically to your unique specifications, making it unsuitable for resale.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. The only exception to our "No Return" policy is if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, please contact us immediately at aimlyarchery.london@outlook.com with photo evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

As all items are custom-made to order, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect specifications provided by the customer. We encourage you to double-check all custom details before finalizing your purchase.
